I do not really get you. But one thing is for sure, Everyone has a demon in them. Even you and I inclusive. So why do we capitalise on just one person's demon when we are also guilty of having ours?
newguy1:
it's who we love we know we don't know who loves us.efe is a kid he still have a lot to learn about life.

Tboss is subtle with r attitude like u, you r kind of turning a blind eye to r flaws , you are making her better atribute supersede her flaws , she has her own demon which some of the housemate have talked about like bassey bisola even efe.

Well, I think Efe has a personal grudge in his heart for her. And it makes me wonder. Could it be more than the fact that she is manipulative. Take for instance, Marvis is the one using him to climb the ladder of 25m and he hasnt sensed it
to9ine:
that's what I'm saying.. I'm not seeing the hate as u say. The day everyone avoided her like a plague was when kemen got evicted. U could call that hate. But remember they felt she had been manipulative before then, so they got angry at her and believed Kemen. Its normal but wrong. If Three bear and toseen7 quarrel on this thread, with out even listening to the other party, u will assume that three bear is wrong cause of past history.. Until u hear both sides.. Its wrong but normal. That's my point.. Tboss has a tendency to be annoying..I don't think anyone has a personal grudge in their heart for Tboss

Hate is too strong to have a shallow reason for it. If Efe hates Tboss for being manipulative, then he should hate Marvis too. She is the only person manipulating him in this game. Shame he cannot see it. I have not even seen a scenario where Tboss manipulated anybody.
newguy1:
for no reason? U cannot hate someone for no reason even if the reason is shallow it's still a reason. We all can conclude that first it's efe that has shown his dislike for tboss and he gave his reason as been that she is manipulative, also marvis kind of dislike r but she doesnot make it a point of noting it everytime even bisola self.

You are right. She is not a people person and she likes to be secluded. Now I wonder how that brings so much hate on her. You have not said anything bad about her to warrant such hate. No one actually hates Debie. Like you said, she is the most disrespected and that is what happens when you want everyone to like you.
to9ine:

I personally think that the most 'hated' or I'll prefer to say the most 'disrespected' person in the house is DebbieRise and not Tboss.. Tboss makes it seem like she is hated, but its not so accurate.. From the beginning of the show, she hasn't been a people person. She prefers to be secluded.. For the first two week of the show, she tried to stay separate from everyone dragging Meyonse along..even when Meyonse was in a group, she will prefer to take him out of the group to chat with him.. I'm not saying it's a bad thing, but it's her nature.. After Meyonse left, she tried to find another person to keep her company.. Now her person is DebbieRise. Have u noticed her only issue with DebbieRise is that Debbie rise also talks to everyone after talking to her. She wants DebbieRise for herself..like I said earlier, i think its her nature. So u shouldn't really blame the others for not seeing her as a close pal.. I watched when she called Debbie manipulative 2days ago, I'm pretty certain if it was the other way round she would have been very angry. She cant take what she dishes and I hear housemates like Bassey complain about this also..

Cheers

Apart from Bayo, the egg eater, there has been almost never any love for a Nigerian contestant in the BB and then probably the fat guys that voluntarily exited because of health issues. Kelvin was a scape goat because he swapped someone. He carried out an action. It is ok for some people to hate him in the house and atleast show it to his face. Tboss has not done anything really to warrant such hatred not just from a clique but from all the housemates. Kemen was not hated the way Tboss is being hated in the house. Even Kemen hated Tboss. No one hated Gifty, they actually were irritated by her fake attitudes especially the fact that she could not construct a correct sentence yet she had various foreign accents.
In my opinion once more, Tboss is being hated for no reason.
smokey3y3z:

Are u serious? Did u watch Big Brother The Revolution?Kevin became d scapegoat when he was hoh and swapped Phil from Uganda who got evicted. Yaqub's clique hated d guy and showed it to his face. (Not this one that they are scared of Tboss and kissing ass.)
The hate quickly spread to their fans who became frustrated as he kept getting saved and their reps kept getting evicted. Plus loud-mouthed Nigerians worsened things by bragging and declaring war. This made others unite as they didn't want 'the midget' from Nigeria to win...... but he overcame and claimed the cash prize.
In essence, it's a normal thing to have haters, especially if you are doing well or not playing your game right. I'm very sure if we were to vote out, Efe would be home when next he is up. Gifty had her fair share too but that one is a fighter at heart. Oh... and how about Kemen? I'm not sure he had any fan at all to defend him.
The only difference is that Tboss keeps reminding us how the housemates hate her, how Biggie and Ebuka hate her and how she is all alone. It might be her strategy , that is why they say she's manipulative. At the end of the day, it's all a game. People will definitely appreciate every one of them when it's all over.
So just keep rooting for her and be happy she has fans that love her as well.

My dear do you think the people calling her manipulative know the actual meaning of the word. They are just using the word . The truth is, Tboss is not as smart as they think. The girl is actually almost dumb to be truthful. Dumb people are not manipulative. Manipulative people do not see good in people. Please who does that define? Certainly not Tboss.
odion81:
I just got this from the comment section of sdk blog
Manipulative- Definition:

exercising unscrupulous control or influence over a person or situation.
synonyms: scheming, calculating, cunning, crafty, wily, shrewd, devious, designing, conniving, Machiavellian, artful, guileful, slippery, slick, sly, unscrupulous, disingenuous, media-savvy; informal :foxy

Now.... This word has been used several times to define TBoss, but is she any of the above? Other housemates talk about her(gossip) in ways to convince their pals into believing she is such and such... But has TBoss ever cornered anyone with the purpose of changing their views about any particular housemate? She vents off after a fight but never paints anyone black. But every other HM has at one time or the other had a gossip party, bad mouthing TBoss to the public or their cliques to make her look bad. Now who is manipulative in the sense of the word? Is it Efe who constantly washes her in black to Biggy, the public or other housemates? Or Bally who agrees to anything Efe says just to be in his good books? Bisola that tried to rope her into a relationship with TTT so the public will lash out at her? Bassey who, hates her but keeps roving around her to create drama between her and her supposed friend Debbie just to remain relevant in the game? Or Debbie, who told her crush that Tee's boobs are fake just to make his interest in her fade? Or Marvis, who suddenly became clingy to her "husband" as soon as he won the ultimate head of house? Tee asks other housemate for favours in a nice way and they do it but later turn around to call her manipulative. And there they go gossiping TBoss again....:

Even Biggie is shocked at the level of hatred. I guess thats why he likes the girl sef. And yes, I will vote for her. Whether she stays or leaves, she has already exceeded expectation. Even her haters did not see her going this far in the game.

All my years of watching BB, I have never seen so much hatred on one person like this before. Her housemates hate her for being different from the typical average Nigerian person( Mediocre) and the hatred moved outside the house to the fans of these housemates. To crown it up, they hacked the poor girl's Instagram page. If this were not a show, they would have kidnapped her by now. Naija and hatred for anything that dares to be different.

Typical nairalanders haha. You show them picture of something that happened and they will tell you its fake that they want to see the video as if its always possible to get video evidence or 'perfect evidence' in every circumstance. And this is the same country where some people have suggested jury trial hahahaha chei! my naija people. It is well sha.

In the U.S all you need is just one eye witness for a crime and its game over. Nigerians on the other hand would be asking to see video of the crime and if they see it, they would say its fake or photoshopped hahahhaha. If this was the approach to solving crimes in other advanced countries it means that no cases would be solved. Evidence is not meant to replace common sense or one's ability to reason and infer. Its just there to pretty much make you connect the dots.

I totally agree with everything you have said apart from where you said Biggie wants them to sleep together. I dont know who said exactly, I am guessing Ese. I remember her vividly telling Tboss that the bed was biggies bed and asked her if she brought a bed to the house when she did not let the person sleep on that bed with her.
Eruditor:
I don't really follow BBNaija but I have a friend who went through with all the auditions and was dropped at the latter stage. Because of that, I have gained some insight into BB based on his experience during the auditions.

Before I say more, in a way I agree with ovoP and Ndifreke. Not that I know who will win the show but that it is well-scripted.

For one, I am convinced BB have in mind who they think can represent their brand well and in that case your popularity votes especially when the show gets to the final days will not count as the show must select someone who will represent them well. The reason they have to do this is because they have made mistakes with some previous winners (when votes counted- especially the first ever BB Africa and Naija) and will hope to change it now.

In the very first edition, I think the show wished Ebuka and not Katung won. Look at how their careers have gone, Ebuka has been a reference point for BB participants more than Katung. I am not despoiling Katung's own respectable standing but really, Ebuka just outdoes him in every thing; from the celebrity friends, the talk show, fashion sense, looks and even wife choice and grandeur of personality . I believe BB Naija hopes to emulate such a choice this time around.

To that end, I suspect either TTT, Tboss, Bally and Bisola could win it in that order. It is not about who I prefer but just who seems to have the potential to represent their brand well. Personally, I felt Bisola had the Je ne se quois, but she is not easy on the eyes and seems a bit loud and erratic for the role. TBoss has the looks and attention that the brand may want even though she is a tad bit too laid back (pretentiously so). TTT has what they want; he is playing the game well. Misleading people, throwing some under the bus, telling lies etc. He seems like he can put himself out there. Bally would have been ok but there is just something about his persona that says "I don't need to win".

I know Efe is really popular on here and generally on social media but Efe appears too rustic for the brand. So my guess is, his voters will keep him in the house till the final round but BB will rig him out for a more desirable winner.

And yes, My friend told me how all of them had to sign a declaration to obey everything BB says to them including those done off air. For instance, since TBoss was not attracted to Kemen, why did she keep letting him sleep on the same bed with her? Answer; BB told them to sleep that way. He was hoping for some activity that could help galvanize more viewership for the show because this time around the show has been a snooze fest.

TV/Movies / Re: Bisola Calls Tboss A White Witch For Causing Kemen's Disqualification by pinkpebbles(f): 9:27am On Mar 06, 2017
Ok. Let me just help you out. If this were to be his first time of making remarks that suggest otherwise, I am sure he would have just been given a strike but he already has two strikes and several warnings regarding his sexual perv. This guy is a perv. He has spoken severally about how to get a girl drunk and rape her. Infact he has given the other hsemates ideas on how to spike a girls drink. He is a sexual perv. Now remember when he won the task ans he picked Tboss to sleep with him in the luxury room. He did not let her sleep. She cried that night. Lets not also forget what he said about Gifty being the kind of girl he will get drunk and take advantage of. He actually messed up not by touching her cos we could have excused him and say probably he was not sober enough. But did you notice the way he scanned around to make sure everyone was sleeping. That is the main issue. He had an intent to take advantage of her.
Now coming back to Debbie and Bassey. Bassey was nt asleep. They were quarelling about something Uriel told her. She kept apologising to him and he kept making her feel bad. Finally, he told her it was fine that they would discuss it the next day and covered his eyes. She sat by him for few seconds and then planted a kiss.
Now these two scenerios are in no way comparable.
smartkev:
For those that wants to fight on social media
I am finding it very hard to process Kemen's disqualification from the # BBNaija house and I don't know why, because he wasn't even amongst my favorite housemates.
From what I gathered, he was evicted because he suppossedly molested # Tboss by touching her boobs while she was asleep, "without her consent." For a program that teaches nothing but sexual immorality by showing X-rated adult contents, that was a lame and outrageously shocking excuse.
To molest is to touch or attack someone in a sexual way against their wishes. And from the video I just watched on that incident, even though Tboss was seemingly asleep, there was nothing to show that she disapproved of it after she discovered that Kemen was touching what seemed like her boobs, even though she turned and gave him her back. Obviously, she wasn't attacked and it's not like he raped or attempted to rape her either. So, what's the fuse about? Or maybe, he was suppossed to wake her up and say "Tboss, please, can I touch your boobs?" and wait for her to say "Yes" before he goes ahead to touch them. I am just trying to picture it out and it sounds very funny to even do that, really. For me, the nature of the show gave rise to his action. There can be no question about that.
A similar incident happened when # DebbieRise kissed # Bassey while he was asleep without his consent. You'll recall that Debbie Rise had made efforts to kiss Bassey all day long but he refused. If Kemen's action was deemed an act of molestation, one is left to wonder how DebbieRise's action was different from those of Kemen's, and why she wasn't also disqualified.
For me, the organisers of the show have missed the opportunity to show that molestation is not a gender specific issue. It is not peculiar or exclusive to women alone. Men, too, get molested.
This is outright crap. There was no moral justification for Kemen's eviction. There was none whatsoever.
While discussing this with a friend, she said: "The question is, why is permission not taken to touch other housemates boobs and squeeze their ass's (especially Uriel's gigantic ass) but permission should be taken to touch those of Tboss?" "Is it that Tboss is more special than other housemates or Big Brother is falling in love with her, already?"
...truly, I couldn't help but agree with her reasoning.
Let me make this very clear before I am miscontrued. Touching Tboss's boobs without her consent was wrong as long as you agree that DebbieRise kissing Bassey without his consent was wrong as well. When we talk about molestation, we should balance it by trying not to be partial in how we look at these things. Women sexually molest men. Women rape men. But no one talks about that. Its all about the women and I honestly think that ain't fair.
Judging from the context of Big Brother Naija, I don't think it is even possible for anyone to even talk about molestation. "Consent" and "force" are key words in determing whether an action is molestation or not. While it is easy for us to establish when force is used, it is not that easy to determine whether a person consented to a sexual activity or not. To put it quite simply as it is, I don't think partners seek for permission by word of mouth and get same before engaging in sexual activity. For most adults, sexual activity is spontaneous not premeditated.
I feel pained for Kemen's eviction. And for me, this is such a low moment in the program considering he could easily have been punished with something lighter.
The manner in which he was expelled from the house was shocking and very touching.

If you have been following, you would have watched where they both slept together in the luxury room and how Kemen disturbed her. Once she looked and saw what was goin on, she knew he was at it again so sje just removed his hands and turned over. I am sure she dint take it serious coz she knows the guy is not normal. But I am sure what must av gottn her upset is the fact that maybe when she watched the video, she saw that he looked around and wanted to take advantage of her.
eksbabe:
Please who has watched the Kemen video here? Cuz from what i saw T-boss opened her eye and looked into the duvet then changed her sleeping position.
Not defending what Kemen is being accused of but from that video it seemed like she was aware and she also said she wasnt drunk cuz she had just a bottle.
I think there are 2 sides to this story tho

I have never seen a more better analysis. You jst did a very good job. Weldone.
BlaQWolf:
100naira What a moniker....made me laugh this morning..
Efe: has been a serious contender from day 1 and He has about the highest fan base...
Bisola: comes second with the fan base thingy but lately ,after the Mouth Action thing, her fanbase took a dive...still strong though.
Tboss: her fan base just sprung outta nowhere and everywhere seems to be tboss..She isn't the most likeable person but one must admit that she is always noticed. Even the housemates talking ill about her makes her popular. Yesterday,I read on twitter about the son of a former ambassador to Ireland went to MTN office at V.I ,dropped 1million naira for Tboss..that's about 33,330worths of vote..not sure o...but bisola watch out.
TinTallTony.:.Smart,knows the game but I fear he might outplay himself with his incessant involvement in the affair thing and his outright refusal to acknowledge his family..most find this appalling..He has fans nonetheless
Bally: rumours has it that he is the son of a former Senator and Minister of the federal republic, Dude is calm, calculated and articulate.. Odds favour him owing to the fact that he knows the game too and is busy nominating people he feels are contenders. He will be here till the finale, no doubt.
Marvis: From a royal family and has a little fan base to her side..many don't like her cause they feel she is all about alcohol and food yet her stay lingers on..another striking thing is the idea of Efe's fans always coming to her rescue because Warri is into her.
Bassey: If you say TTT is smart,This dude here is clever..when he speaks, you feel intelligence ooze out from him..wants to be a presenter/OAP and I'm sure the job is already waiting for him...might pose a real threat in the long run though.
Kemen: aka Mr Lips..His people are massively campaigning for him and who knows,he might survive but many don't like him cause they feel he gossips a lot and he is neither here nor there with the girls...Dude seems to prefer The fun in the house to the money..love his dance moves though.
Uriel: the drama queen, rumours has it that she is the niece to the famous CharlyBoy...Most like her drama, most don't owing to the fact that her escapades in the house comes short of what she portrays in the diary room...Between Uriel and Kemen,I can't say who will be evicted if two people are...
Debbie-Rise: One thing you can't take away from her is that she knows her guitar..Lovely personality but her insecurities makes her the underdog in the house...Many expected her to be evicted instead of Cocoice but she proved many wrong..I fear she might not survive this weekend though..(My opinion)..
Let's see how it works out...Vote for your favourite ..Thank you
