hello. i have 2million barrels of bonnylight for sale, our procedures is as follows 1. seller sends SPA To buyer, buyers signs and return 2. buyer's bank writes a formal letter to seller's banks that buyer is capable of paying for cost of logistics incurred by the seller to take them on board to do a physical confirmation of product. 3.after recieving a formal letter from buyers bank seller issues marine ATB to buyer and takes buyer's supercargo and SGS on board to do Q&Q.
