hello pls Jidesim we ve bn having issues with ur network in royal avenue of doxa ny odili road in portharcourt for over six months now. its so bad dt texts take averagely btwn 12-24 hours to deliver either way . other networks are working well here and we are mostly considering porting. unless u guys resolve this fast. ur cistomer care is so unreachable. i almost lost a contract if not that my contact remembered to call my brother'glo line which he also had. this whole wahala has become unvearable. most times we either hang our phones phones on elevated platforms or reach for high grounds in search of network reception. this is not some remote place either....its opposite gulf estate in ph. my friends in gulf estate hav d same complaint......pls treat fast o.

[color=#990000][/color]Hi Nl, this has bn on for an upwards of six months. we cant make calls or receive sustained calls. sometimes text msgs arrive after 12-24 hours. and to get managable reception one would need to search for high grounds and lift d phone like in those early days of gsm in nigeria. u cant even reach their custoner care . and d fear of the annoying treatment received from their staff during registration has discouraged one from going to their office either . other networks are working so well. infact am sending this post thru a glo enabled service from a room downstairs where there is not even a fraction of network bar on mtn enabled phones. we are mostly considering discarding their sim for glo and etisalat if or even porting. their wahala of late has become unbearable. i almost lost a contract if not that my contact had my brother's glo line which he remembered to call as my mtn line has never bn reachable eachtime am at home. please house, hw can one resolve this issue? i hope someone from mtn can read this......
