its so nice to be here this is my first post. I read from page 1 to 221 and I must say this u guys rock. I have learnt a lot from the group thumbs up to everyone. beedam, lovinam, proudmum, kaffhbill, mum2be and my testimony u are sighted o. I remember u guys rock at the other thread for pregnant women happy to see u here again. my baby would be 3 month in a week plus and I must say that so far the journey has been wonderful although tedious especially for the exclusive part but in all I give God all the glory. hope to contribute my 2cents too as we progress. hi all pls my phantom A plus has refused to charge. it goes off immediately I remove the charger. I have changed the battery and the charging port but am still experiencing the same thing. does anyone have an idea . thanks |

sorry o did not finish my birth. vigilante no easy especially if you have no one to help. birh story continues when I got to about 6cm a nurse came and asked if I have been able to pee and I said no, she left and came back after like 15mins and asked the same question. I told her I felt pressed twice and went to toilet but nothing came out , it was then she decided to check me o, only to bring out thick clotted blood. she called the doc and he said I had placenta abruption and in order to save the baby I had to do Cs. my hubby dint want to accept initially so he requested for a scan to know the extent of the placenta abruptio. scan showed that babys breathing was fast so I hd to be placed on oxygen.at this point I was not feeling my baby's movement again and I was loosing blood Ehn. see the whole floor full of blood despite the fact that I wore pad and tied wrapper. that how hubby agreed o and Cs was done. thank God my baby was brought out alive and I also recovered well to the glory of God. was told I could not be induced cuz my dilation was very good. sorry for the long story 9 Likes |

so loving this group. am a first time mum with a one month old colicky baby. kishi sleeps well during the day but is awake at night not throughout though but wakes up often esp when the stomach is worrying him even after using a hot cloth on the navel. I heard gripe water is not good for babies too but am using infacol for him though not everyday. I read online that their is really no drug that can stop it but what the drug can do is to suppress it. may God help us cuz it is easy. if my baby sleeps during breastfeeding he does not belch what can I do |

birth story...... I started seeing water around 12:30 a.m. what happened was that I pee in the nyt like every 30 mins so on that day when i woke up the bed was a bit wet, I thought it was sweat but on getting to the entrance of the toilet I just saw liquid on my leg, I thought my vee was leaking probably I thought i had waited too long before peeing but on getting back to the bed water dripped down my leg again and that was when I realised my water had broken. contraction started like 15 mins after my water broke though it was not painful. it felt like menstrual pain. I woke my husband and we started timing it and discovered it was 7 mins apart. I waited till about 5:30 before going to the Hosp. all these while the contraction was still not painful. I dressed Ehn even the nurse at the hospital was tripped. I was checked and was told I was 3cm. was just catching fun with hubby in the hospital room but when I reach like 6cm my dear my eye clear. the pain was outer this world. my story don dey too much sorry . will be back for part 2 3 Likes |

cutiereborn:Try to reduce your salt intake, take as much water as you can cuz when your body does not get enough water it conserves the one it has making your feet and other part swell and then try to elevate your feet. if after all these your feet are still swollen then u need to get to the hospital so that they can check if u have protein in your urine 1 Like |

I had it for almost 2 month on my right hand but its gone now, although it has transferred to my left hand. we are almost there so just be calm and anytime u feel the numbness just try to wiggle your fingers it would reduce the numbness small. pele |

@ jack my first question is what brought about the 5days? what you can do is this; assuming your cycle is 28 days it is generally accepted that ovulation falls on the 14th day after menses starting your count from the first day the period started. in order to get pregnant you need to start having sex every othet day from say day 9 to day 15 and pls don't stand up immediately after and u could even raise your legs up and support your bum with pillow so that the sperm can travel faster. on the other hand some women have been known to ovulate during their menses so if the former does not work try the latter. sorry for the long post I hope this answers your question |

cutekonkolo:Pele just try not to eat plenty food at a time. eat in bits and don't wait till u r super hungry before u eat. this helps you not to get too filled up and your body is also able to metabolise the food faster. instead of eating 3 times a day u can make it 6 times or take fruits in between the meals and then eat 3 timesbut don't heep the food like say tomorrow no dey. joint pain is part of the package o. my own no be here at all especially knuckes and wrist but thank God Am getting relieved day by day |
