I have read from the beginning to the end and I am still going back to read from the beginning. If you read from page 1, it will help you a lot . How domain flipping operate, the keywords, how to do outbound and respond to problems you may encounter. It will help you develop confidence and trust in this business and many more.

Those that have suggested you read from page one have helped you, but you failed to see that.
How did many start to flip? Many read the thread, became convinced and then enrolled in iykepromotions class. You can do the same.

What are you blabbing about? There are no perfect person here, we are learning everyday. If not for the page 637 (i am not sure of the page) and others, i read on brandable domains, I won't have succeeded on squadhelp.

With all the complains made about dan.com and which I personally experienced in the sale of a domain this very month, I then mailed and asked Jessica if it was possible listing external domains brought from other registrar on Epik. Below was her reply which could be useful to you guys;

Our Marketplace was initially designed to allow only domains held at Epik to be listed. However, we do allow customers to list EXTERNAL domains with the Make Offer option as well as a Buy It Now price once they validate their account with us (Account - View Profile - Account Validation). With that being said, if your account is approved- ONLY domains that are older than 60 days should be listed in our Marketplace. If you sale a domain through Epik and the domain cannot be transferred immediately to complete the delivery to the buyer within Epik, the sale will get cancelled. Also note, the commission % for selling an external domain outside of Epik is 10%, not the standard 9%.

If you wish to proceed please log into your account and follow the above to validate your Epik account. Once you are done, please alert me here in this email thread. Thanks!

Is there guarantee of selling via godaddy auction listing?

I mostly use namesilo but i believe the strategy will work the same for anybody trying to list names on godaddy auctions, that are not registered at godaddy .

First go to godaddy auctions and list all the domains u wanna list. The listed domains will all go to (pending) status. Then......

Go to whatever registrar you re using and go to your domain manager. Take your camera phone and snap those domains as listed on your dashboard. Make sure the snapped picture contain the logo/name of your registral as mostly shown at the top along with your username.
Attach the the pictures in an email and send to auctions@godaddy.com . They will approve all of them for listing....

Some people use TXT strategy but i dont know that.

I stand to be corrected though.

not advisable to register a trademarked domain name especially when you purposely knew. It may got you into a big problem. On whether it may be sold or not. It varies and many companies that may know that such a name is trademarked may not be interested because of the risk involved.

Thanks to God for this sales. How did this come to be? On 23rd, I felt I should create an account on Sedo and list few of my domains after I seeing sales report on Facebook and saw Sedo as part of Marketplace that domains were sold through.

I just listed 10 names including 8investments.com. I did necessary settings and move on with hope. I checked on 24th during the day and I saw 3 unique clicks on my dashboard. I also saw the country where the clicks were coming from. Lo and behold I checked my mail at past 11pm and I saw 8investments.com sold. I quickly log in and discovered that the fourth click bought the name. Also the other domains has gotten clicks. I quickly added more names. At a time I saw more click on one of the name, I increased price if not by now it would have been bought.

I was amazed like this because I had never used sedo before, just less than 24hours after listing, I sold a domain that is about to expire.

If you have not used Sedo please do now. Who knows.

Mr iykepromotions and other ogas in the house, good evening. Please, I want you seniors to share more light on trademark risk. For example, the screenshot of a domain, floridapropanegas.com is attached for your perusal.

Does it mean that this domain cannot be sold ? I observed that from the domain, Florida and gas were trademarked while propane was not thus, had a trademark risk of 30%. I have read about trademark domains on namepros.

To be practical, if an individual has a domain like this or similar ones, is it wise to buy it or sell it.
