If that's the only domain in that account, you MAY consider giving the buyer the account login details.

If there are other domains in the account and they are more than 60 days old, you MAY consider opening a new account, transfer these other names to the new account, and give the buyer login details to the first account that contains the sold domain.

Make sure you use an Escrow agent to be sure of payment before releasing the domain.

Keep in mind, singular is always better although there is an exception in some cases where the plural sounds better.

Secondly...I think the US make use of the word "Attorney" other than "Lawyer". Keep that in mind as well.

Afternic has really left a bad taste in my mouth. It's been 4 weeks and I still haven't been paid. Not only that, I am constantly prompted to update my payment details on my afternic profile. I have done this 4 times already. Afternic support team hasn't been very useful either, they constantly tell me on the phone and in writing to expect payment in 3 to 5 business days. State + service does sell though. Normal level. If the name is cute, it will sell. How you pitch the name to each enduser in this case matters. Emphasis must be made on their expanding beyond their city to cover their whole state, if they don't do that already.

My domain is estimated on godaddy as 760 dollars.
