You will need to create a virtual dollar card(it cost $2). That is what you will use to pay/ for prepay just like paying for goods or services with your ATM card.
The app name is barter, i downloaded it from playstore as recommended

My painment is why he didn't register it.
SH reserves the right to reject or accept any name for reasons best known to them. If they reject it, take it to Brandbucket, just make ensure that name ticks every box of what makes a brandable name.

I have learnt my lessons in the past. Extremely good names, I Register them myself. A name was approved on my behalf early this month. Initially, i submited it to SH. when you see a good name, you know it's good.
Secondly, it was a newly dropped name with 759 views. Before SH could register it. I had taken swift action and I submitted it as creative own. Congrats Bro, although I have a payoneer account I have never use it for ones. For the last domain sale, I withdrew through PayPal, sold to my twin brother based in the UK who was in need of some dollar then. Sold at a good rate though.
