Yes, but it is the World's Major problem for now. I live in France. Since 13 novembre 2015 when Islamist terrorists attacked Paris. France declared a "state of emergency " which has been extended till july. We no longer have rights to escort our kids to their class room as it used to be. This is for security purposes.
