This!!! Especially the bolded. Ilebaye fans have forgotten the one person that was there for her in the early days before she became this big. Doyin became friends with Ilebaye in week 1, a housemate evicted in week 3 with 8% votes. Other girls were trying to suck up to Mercy to get favour from her outside or votes from her fans or whatever. Doyin stuck with Ilebaye, a barely known housemate which a number of them didn't even know which season she came from. Why on earth would anybody think that's a strategy, what kind of strategy is that?

I don't comment on the fallout between both girls because they both had their faults and I don't want to demarket one for the other. Ilebaye fans need to STOP vilifying Doyin and making Ilebaye the victim, both had their faults at different points of the friendship.

As much as I like both girls, I'm a bit relieved that they're giving each other space for now. I just wish both their fanbases sheath their swords and embrace each other. Even as they're apart, one can still see that those two still love each other. I know they'll settle outside the house.
