U dnt judge a person's ability by how fluent his/her English is...I've seen smart pple who dnt necessarily speak eng well nd very dull pple who knw d basics of english language...We keep forgetting d fact dat irrespective of d fact dat its our lingua franca,its a BORROWED LANGUAGE....Most of d critics here can't even speak in their mother tongue,dats where the real shame is......
