So when and if INEC decides to appeal, it is from the caretaker chairman of PDP you will hear and believe it hook , line and sinker.

Just wait until INEC finish playing the game. Mr Nurudeen Jackson will use his few days in office left to determine where he wants to be after the expiration of the statutory days left to appeal. He has far bigger problems if he thinks Appeal Court Justices will be gentle with him.
