When I hire a web developer to build a website for me. Do I still have to pay for the domain and hosting separately and set them up or it is the responsibility of the web developer to do that and later hand over control to me.

1. It depends. I'll advice you set it up yourself and manage it... Some developers are heartless and will rip you off with that.

2. Reseller hosting is for those who want to resell, buy hosting directly and not reseller hosting
