In kano state commercial motorcycling has been banned. What the governor has done is to provide means of transportation to enable the extension workers transport themselves to remote villages in kano state so as to make their work more efficient. Extension workers are not farmers, their job is to teach rural farmers modern and improved methods of farming, kano state has 44 local government areas, with remote villages and a very large land mass, I think this is actually commendable.

Exactly what I wanted to say too. Although, She have a good heart by doing that but sentiments aside, she lacks constitutional right to do that. What sort of country is this? For Christ sake, she's not the governor of that state. How come a first lady of a state is carrying out the responsibility of a sitting gov? She was NOT even there to carry it out in representing capacity.
