I want to advice everyone that before you post someone's image on a widely read online platform, there must have been a warrant. I picked interest in this story and decided to follow up, apparently the complainant already had two cars delivered and left with one pending. This case, if it goes to the police,it cannot be treated because it is commercial trading according to our laws. There has not been a court order or anything of such to give the poster the right to defame someone to this point. If we continue to allow this,the we are compromising ethics I. This manner. The complainant is one Mr Nonso Okafor whose photo appears here and he must be dubious by doing such a thing. We should learn how not to take laws into our own hands. The family currently are waiting,and I am sure they will take a legal action. When business goes wrong,you look for way to resolve and not to cheapishly go defame people. Nonso Okafor, you should pull down the post and write an apology. I am not holding brief for the guy but we must learn to follow the laws of our country. Go and take a look at the law of defamation and know exactly where you are headed. The person's father, you don't know him and I don't think you will want to face his wrath. Do the needful. If the guy is a scammer he won't send you his photo. Ensure you learn how to resolve your issue and don because internet is cheap,you can just post anything. The scammer sent 360k into my brother's account out of the 800k my brother paid as part payment for the car.
He said he would pay the balance today we are still waiting, my brother said he doesn't want to report to EFCC yet, although a friend has linked him to some one there.
Meanwhile, the scammer connected my bro to another man that sells cars, he has the car my bro wants to buy, my bro has gone to see the car, the scammer hasn't sent the balance of the money, so he can't even pay for the car.

It has happened to me before. Dude made away with 630k. He said he was duped and has lost more than that but i never believed him, i was totally convinced i was scammed. Took months and resources to finally catch this guy. But brother we checked all his accounts, cash in there was not upto 50k total. We said his friends or relatives will contribute, for where ? Dude was in police cell for a month plus and the few of his friends that came brought 100k total and were begging he should be released to go hustle the money to pay. Police was not buying it. They said either the money or he goes to prison to pay for his actions. Meanwhile dude's health was seriously rapidly detoriating. I just felt pity for the guy, any time i see him inside that cell, body just dey do me somehow. I just told the IPO to free the guy abeg. his friends shorteed him. To cut the story short. Guy later paid 300k total over 2 years and that was it.

So sometimes its not really about catching the guy but about recouping your loses. But catch him first sha aaa. I know you will recover your money.

Let me catch him first.

2. His cars are coming in in two weeks

The guy is a criminal, he has been planning to scam you for long, taking advantage of trust as a result of previous deals that went through. But he cannot escape, and he seems to be hiding in Benin Republic. Do report the matter to EFCC, so they can freeze his accounts.

I have checked his accounts, he has no money there. His other account with UBA has about 150k but is already frozen.
