Keep shopping. If you enter gold or platinum member your prices will be 10% or more cheaper. That's what I enjoy.

Your luck might be better than mine. If you can't handle the risk don't bother because the thief is still out there.

For me I will still order again, but I will never use free shipping again for such expensive item.

I was alerted by the officer in charge who insisted that I checked my package before leaving the desk as it seemed to have been compromised. I did and phone and charger weren't there. I filled a Compromised package complaint, made their oga signed an acknowledgement copy, gave them 2 weeks, reported the case to Abuja and copied Consumer Protection Commission. NIPOST refunded me. They got to know the items were compromised from point of entry.

One thing I won't stop doing is, complaining to the authorities when I get served badly or unprofessionally. That way, I believe service deliveries will be improved upon.

I've recently reported a staff of Speedaf that failed to deliver my item, claiming he didn't receive it after logging it as delivered. I had to reach out to one of their supervisors in Lagos who took it up and run a trip trace of the item. Got my item about 24hrs after.

When we received a service that is below expectations, just report. Most public institutions have SERVICOM unit, use them. Don't do "Nigeria no go good again" or "God dey" or "I no get time". It's our responsibility to make force them to do the right thing. [/color]

How did you report the case to NIPOST Abuja and Consumer Protection Commission? I really want to get at the idiot that did this.

Open dispute and submit your evidences and hope for a good judgement

They gave me good judgement but I seriously wish I have that tablet instead of my money back because I needed that tablet to read ebooks.

Why are people so wicked like this?

next time, you should have request for a receipt for missing or stolen item from the officer in charge (if na by begging or threat), if you have that, aliexpress will surely refund your money, all hope is not lost sha, try and snap the package and send to aliexpress

if yes, just send the picture to aliexpress team, tell them what went down, they will make there own inquiry. you should get your refund

I did all that, though I didn't threat. I even shot a video of the unboxing right there on the counter. Took pictures too.

AliExpress has refunded me the money but still I miss that tablet and I wish the person that stole this is caught arrested and removed from the logistics line.

Because this experience is like one step forward 2 backwards.

Has anyone experienced this wickedness of recent?

I went to NIPOST on 4Th January,2022 to pick up my package only to notice it was very light, cut open and sealed back with cellotape. On opening it right there in front of their staff ,lo and behold all the contents was stolen.

It was meant to contain a tablet and it's accessories.

I have been in shock since. Why are we so wicked in the country?

It got stuck in Lagos for almost 2months before I complained to AliExpress customer service which alerted the seller to force it's delivery. Only for them to deliver empty package.

I normally receive my orders through Speedaf. I don't know why AliExpress sent this one through NIPOST, which I know is very unreliable, inefficient and too slow.

As you all know, Nigerian banks have placed a limit to the maximum amount of dollars per month we can use for international shopping at $100.

And this is causing a lot of difficulties, especially if you want to order anything above $100 on Aliexpress.com.

To solve this the only option we have is, to tell AliExpress to;
1. Enable INSTALLMENTS payment for us Nigerians on any item from $100 and above.
2. Enable "Aliexpress POCKET" for us Nigerians too, so we can accumulate dollars in there and use it to pay/shop.

They did this for Brazilians so why not us?

To make AliExpress heed, each and everyone of us must head to Aliexpress App on our phones, chat up their customer service agent, tell them to enable 1 and 2 for us in Nigeria.

Then also head to "App Suggestions" and tell them the same thing.

If up to 200 people can talk to them today about this, they will listen and help us pay in installments to get things we need all the time.

Please let's have one mind and help ourselves to shop unlimitedly on Aliexpress.com. Thank you.

Check whether you can select refund only. Last time I tried it NIPOST said they don't return items to China anymore and moreover defective goods don't come into China.

Their custom always seize it.

See if you can settle for refund only with your seller.

It depends on the days of delivery they set for you.

Check it again. If they said 20 - 35days, you will get it, but if they put 35 - 55days you'll not get it look well for the delivery period they set.

Open dispute a fast. Because after 15days your ability to open one will be cut off.

Moreover, take a screenshot of what you ordered and what was sent and upload as evidence.

If approved, which I know they will, refund will take between 3 to 20days.

You can get it only when you use GTB bank cards(Naira Master card, Prepaid Dollar card or Dollar Account Master card) to pay on Aliexpress or Alibaba.
