In my opinion, the proliferation of universities which hasn't increased the overall educational standards and cognitive thinking capacity of our citizens should be something worrisome.

We should look to coalesce some of our very many universities into a single university with multiple campuses. That is likely to reduce the cost of maintaining each dissipate university, especially cost of bureaucracy.
