Ok. It appears you have shifted the goal post. You first alleged that a statistics says Africans are barbaric. I asked for a reference, you couldn't supply any. You alleged that your assertion was a fact, but now you call it a hypothesis (I don't know if you know what it means but in case you don't, a hypothesis is not a fact).
I put it to you that your lack any moral or legal justification to racially abuse blacks in general. Your assertion is very fallacious and I demand that you recant immediately and apologise to we blacks.
