@op..i'd accept her into the company if she's the best qualified, No favours. If I am not yet married, i'd go down with her as long as it pleases me and dump her. If she isn't qualified, I wouldn't let her know yet, i'd make her have hope for the job. We'll exchange contacts again, go on dates, she wouldn't resist me this time because she knows the consequences. We'd make love and then i'd dump her and inform her she wasn't qualified. This is my opinion and it all depends if I'd still find her attractive.

Revenge here is be cheerful and happy and let her be the one to pay herself with revenge, surely she will start her regret right from the moment she see you on the bigger chair and table, I will even offer her drink, tell her about the sweet packages of the organization, ask about her friends and families, even give a hug and tell her to call me the next person. I bet you she may burst into tears right after she left or when she get home.

If I were in your shoes, and the mistreatment this girl has done to you happened long ago, she may have changed. People change over time, over the years, and perhaps she's a very kind lady now, and she may even regret all she has done in the past. In this case, of course, I would forgive her.

If she's still the same person she was before, I would simply reject her for the job and let her go. I wouldn't go for revenge, but I wouldn't accept her either.
