If you tile before screeding, the screeders might stain your tiles.

About the base, the screeders know the length to stop at for tilers to cover with skirting. They won't screed the base.

Please guys, what is the best sequence, tiling and wall screeding? My engineer is saying that wall screeding should be done before tiles. I was of the opinion that tiles should be done so that the base won't require screeding after tiling but he made mention of sandpaper and painting. Is this correct?

what you said is true, but that is if I am sure that the oil I used was the original. I used Mobil 1 0w20 fuel economy which I purchased the 5 liters for over 80k. I want to switch to Pennzoil because I feel it will have less adulterated units but @kingreign is saying that we can get guaranteed original Shell Helix 0w-20, that it is equally as good. I might just give it a try in my next servicing

Exactly the same question I asked him. Unfortunately, there is no way to check it. Even the manufacturers have given up on giving clues and advised buyers to just get it from their "authorized dealers"
