I use PowerAmp(Paid) best in my opinion. You can also look for mods of Stellio Player, Black Player Ex and Retro Player.

You can also download Equalizer FX to tune these other apps but you don't need it with Poweramp.

For me o, those two chipsets are in the same sandbox. Yes 750g is better but the difference is marginal and it's performance is still abysmal compared to a 855, for example.

The price difference far exceeds the barely existent chipset difference

I have some things that i cannot compromise on, including a flagship chipset, amoled screen and relatively small size. I also have no problem buying a used phone.
Those preferences will inform my choice and I'll go and search jiji for what fits those parameters.

Start by going to gsmarena and doing an advanced search. Once you've put in your desired parameters and you have a result, you can start eliminating those choices based on price by checking on jiji.

That's my process in a nutshell

The phones I listed above are even lesser than the dollar equivalent of A52 5g and A725g on gsm arena pricing for both phones

First of all only A52 has a 5G variant, I don't know where you saw A72 5G.

Are you saying the SD 750G on the A52 5G is an actual competition to SD 860, 870 and 888?

I don't how the specs tilt in favour of the overpriced phones sha. Certainly not OIS which won't be flagship grade or IP Ratings or the plastic back.
