Same problem was happening to me. Instead of starting again as returning just start afresh from new. You will see your application will go through. Thank me later

I had same issues, starting afresh solved it. Just make sure your BVN is properly validated on the first page b4 you proceed.

Try a different system then preferably with Chrome browser. in my case, tried it on 3phones it didnt work, went to a cafe tried all the systems there didnt work. Went to a betshop and used their system pretending to book a game and it went through. Lol the tin tire me. Just keep trying.

go to returning and input your details click next, it will not go, do it the 2nd time and it will still not go then go to new don't worry about the new ref no click on new your details with old ref no will come out then proceed with next and continue. I did it for 2 people and it works.

Use another state.. They don't have branch in your state.. Example Nasarawa don't have branch

Same thing for the 2 persons I helped to apply.

click on the arrow or type the name of your state capital, your branch will come up. if NIRSAL is not in your state look for the nearest state but I believe every state have NIRSAL office
