You gave an instance of an fa cup squad that was used in a match against arsenal, citing what a manager could achieve with average players(in that context winning), I gave same with ole.

As for Ole, he is definitely out of his depths...Lampard did more for Chelsea but when it was obvious he was headed for the rocks, he was quickly relieved of his duty but here, people won't stop defending Ole because he is a club legend...There's Ole 'the baby faced Assasin' and Ole, the manager, his fan boys should know those of us criticizing him still adore him as a legend but as manager, he is simply clueless...

Isn't that obvious with what's happening to Liverpool this season? That Leicester missed top 4 last season was it not due to injuries to their key players. As good as City is this season, some players are very key in making it work.
