1-49? There was no need for the tests na.....they should have just called everyone that applied for the job to come for interview. What kind of back and forth process is this?
If the ogas allow some candidates that score say 1-49 to be invited, do you think they won’t make sure to see them thru the process at the expense of those who should get it on merit? I know I will get this job by God’s hand, but this country is having new lows every morning.

Just keep praying. Me I’ve already concluded from the way the test was conducted that it’s no more about merit, it’s just God’s mercy and favor that’ll secure this job.

Definitely,like many federal recruitments,ogas at the top will have their candidates,However,that doesn't mean God will not favour we 'wey no know anyone'.

My sis actually got a federal job basically on merit .I also heard that plenty folks entered on merit in the last NNPC hire.

In 2013, a friend who is a cousin to the then Registrar of the Petroleum Training Institute was boastful of how he "will" get employed into the institute on their next recruitment which was rumored to be coming up then. The advert eventually came out in November, 2014 as forecasted and then he applied as instructed by his Cousin, the Registrar. To cut the long story short, the Registrar had only just one slot which he gave to his younger brother instead of the cousin.
The home here is for you to know that your contact at NCDMB know a lot of prominent people who may also have interest in this job too. Stop being boastful because that APL remains a fantasy until you have received it in your hands.

There is nothing like merit in this country, it's less than 10%, even the NNPC own is like 20% with all thier tape bullshyt.

Sometimes I wonder if some of you guys actually read before replying..where is the greed in that write-up?
Hope you're aware that people with scores less than 75 got the first batch mail and those with scores less than 50 got the second batch mail..
If they wanted to do connections for those from 1-49 they should have included them either in the first or second mail..
Why wait till this point to go for a third batch just to favour the CONNECTED..
Its obviously a back and forth process...

Extremely correct.... Why didn't they just include their candidates with the 2 batches

This is just another way of telling us that in Nigeria nepotism and whatever illegal factor can be done blatantly without any repercussions...

only if majority of the panel are stupid (which I doubt)

anyone that performed high in those previous test without cheating is straight up Good. because those test measured your logical, psychological and emotional depths.


besides, most interviews are about what's written on your CV, details about the company and the Job description in regards to how you'll fit in.

as long as you can comfortably defend your CV you're good to go.

the hardest part was passing those tests.
