I the light of negative press associated with ikpeazu since he became governor, how many of you believed he will win the 2019 election before half the results where announced?

That guy has done more roads thant T.a orji and Ouk combined , he is the only governor of Abia state since this 3rd dispensation that hasn't been stoned in Aba (infact, the guy rules from aba). Go and check his propaganda videos from days ago when he walked across the length of aba from pH road-ngwa road -omuma -osisioma and come back to tell me that he isn't popular.
Even ouk wanted the guy and his movement within APC but he failed.


and like fergie told you, this election is more than the Aba constituency seat. The tribes in Abia state are gearing up for 2023.
Most bigwigs from Abia north are now in the Apc, while those of the Ngwa (Abia south and Abia central) are now in control of the Pdp. Apga is already the first casualty of this war (the Ngwa clan won it but left a veryweak apga behind).
Abaribe is coming out for governor come 2023 and this election is a test between his camp and tribe against the old bende clan tribes being led by Ouk .

If pdp fields abaribe,this will divide abia clearly.it will point to an ngwa agenda and pdo will automatically lose abia.I know t.a and sons won't agree.pdp has already zoned it to ohafia arochukwu and chinedum will be deputy.instead of abaribe to get it,chinedum will get it.but for it to be easier for apc,let abaribe claim it.no wondr he hardly criticize ikpeazu

Well for aba south and north federal constituents it is a known facts that as long as you are an indigene of abia state whether from abia north or central, you are qualified to contest for a political office as long as you are a resident of aba.
Then about zoning am in support of it but mind you this coming election in aba south and north federal constituency has nothing to do with zoning.

my analysis of umahi was to butress the fact that as long as you are an indigene of abia state you can contest for a political office in aba.
Aba is just like in Lagos where anyone who is resident can contest for a political office. You bringing up the issue is like saying its only an indigene of aba that can run for an office in aba.

Bende has an apc man representing them and besides mascot has been living in aba for a long time. If he wasn't conversant with aba, do you think he can just leave abia north and come down to aba to contest for an office. He has a political structure in place in aba and he is a grass root politician.
