I use my setup with solar panel, albeit not with a ups again. The solar connection to the battery is the same irrespective of the inverter or ups used. The most important thing is to follow your battery manufacturer's charge profile.

If I'm not using any car I usually keep the battery (65a) charged with my 10a souer charger and theres no noticeable increase in units used

Na my area sef be this. IBEDC is really showing us pepper. They recently scattered the schedule with which they give us light. We cannot even boast of 48hours light in a whole week now. Na money wey I go take connect to solar I dey find now, and mumu me went and sold my Powr MPPT wey I wait tire tire to get in January...

first of all, 300w load on a bluegate 650 ups is too much, get a 1.2kva inverter for that, the capacity of your solar panels depends on your battery capacity and if you want to run your load during the day while charging the battery
A rule of thumb I always adhere to is to use 600watts solar panels and a 50a charge controller to every 200ah battery. Tell us your budget first and what you have on ground

Thank your response, my concern is that I use prepaid meter and I understand that solar panels inverters use Solar and Inverter, my concern is the power to charge the inverter considering that am using prepaid which is not like postpaid, I don't know if you understand my point

incase u prefer standalone solar system, there is an SMR power 3.5kva inverter with good review here, u just buy it with a good 60A mppt Cc, then u are good to good.

for d inverter 150k for dat inverter is high
Panels are ok
U will not get a good and original 60A mppt at dat rate now
