You people can be needlessly funny and daring. On sallah day, 2017. I was sitting down at pavement in my mosque observing ablution so I could enter mosque to pray, then came one of you people, mindful of where I was and what I wanted to do, she starting preaching and gave me a pamphlet. Saying nothing and bewildered, I just looked, smiled and collected it so she could leave.

I've had times when I was trying to get rest at home when I got woken to the sound of knocks by you guys, too. I'll just suppress my irritation, smile or maintain my face facial expression, collect pamphlet so you could leave, or entertain you at times.

It's funny what some of your interrelationship practices are in the name of conversion. If every religion tries to shove down its faith down every other people's throat, you can imagine the chaos that is poised to follow. A clear funny and possibly volatile case of disrespect for other religion.

Some days back, after a prayer meeting with some brethren, some of us (all young believers) decided to share some tracts and share the gospel of Christ with those around the vicinity. While at the business, I saw a beer palor by the roadside and felt the prompting to enter there to preach. So I entered.

Inside the place, I saw people having 'fun', with loud music. I saw a young man sitting on a chair, taking beer. So I approached him and extended a tract to him. When he realized what I was there to do, he chose not to collect the tract, and decided to ignore me. But then, I started speaking the words God put in my mouth, and I did this in less than two or three minutes.

Strangely, before I finished talking, the guy's countenance changed, and he just started smiling broadly. Then he said something like "I love what I heard", before collecting the tract from me.

And so, it became much obvious to me that more people out there must hear the true gospel of Jesus Christ, and that there's an inherent power in the gospel to deliver the dirtiest unbelievers and sinners from sin, satan and hell. More people will come to the Light of Christ if we can place greater priority on the affair of soul winning.

Fellow believers, the message of the Kingdom of God is Good News that shouldn't be kept to ourselves. When we partner with the Holy Spirit to make unbelievers out there realise that GOD loves them so dearly and that He is all they need, more souls will be drawn into the Kingdom. "Go into all the world and preach the gospel to every creature" - Jesus Christ (Mark 16:15)

Don't try to win the lost with your own human wisdom, but partner with the Holy Ghost, Who will put the right words in your mouth. The words will hit the sinner vehemently, and a seed will be planted in them. When the veil the devil has placed upon their mind become eventually shattered (by the power in the Word of God), they will realise their dirtiness and the extent of the decay of their soul, and the reaction will likely be to break down in tears. Some others will suddenly realise how much LOVE God had for them, and instantly start beaming with Heavenly joy. The result? A celebration will ensure in Heaven! (Luke 15:10)

Let the world know that Jesus is the way, the truth and the life (John 14:6), and that the only way humans can find true fulfilment and joy is by maintaining an intimate relationship with God through Jesus Christ. It is a relationship with God that empowers us to have dominion over the earth in accordance with God's Will. This is the destiny of every human. Have a close relationship with Jesus Christ.

If you want to surrender your life to JESUS, simply do so now. Ask for His mercy, and sincerely tell Him, "LORD JESUS, come into my life". Your life will never remain the same. A true relationship with Jesus will give you victory over death, sin, satan and hell. GOD bless you.

OP the mistake you’re making is thinking the guy that listened and smiled to you has never heard the gospel or given his life to Christ.

He may even be more verse than you in Christianity.

Quit thinking that people who gather in beer parlors are heathens

This is all shades of wrong except you are certainly lead by the holyspirit to talk to him. Wisdom is profitable to direct. Its like going to preach to hausa Muslims in the North or the guy that entered a lions den in ife and wanted to tempt God and the lion killed him. You don't go to such places to preach please . You might not be lucky next time.

If na me b dat guy, I for tear you correct slap, come tell who get beer parlour say you dey disturb me make dem chase you comot. Nonsense!!

At least let them show us something. I can bet no pastor can do that. They just read from a book written and nicely packaged by white people and they take in everything in there hook, line and sinker, without even thinking for themselves or asking questions like rational human beings. Even the people who wrote the book no longer believe or abide by what they wrote there because they know its all crap!

You're a correct man.

Forget beer parlour. Carry your preaching go Sambisa forest or the lake chad region, get boko haram and iswap members converted, and see if the whole of Nigeria wouldn't be ready to accept your God.

Why do Christians share tracts and do evangelism where people already know and heard of Christ... I thought the idea of evangelism is to go to remote villages where there are people who haven’t heard about the gospel at all.

It’s annoying sometimes you see this so-called Christians disturbing people that already heard of Christ thousands times and wasting tracts some will just collect it and trash it.

If you really want to preach the gospel, don’t do that in cities forming ajebota Christians go to the remote villages to preach

Honestly all this pastors has done our brothers and sisters more damage than good.

Would you believe I was warming our left over beans and I decided to quickly get something at the mallam shop just down the road so I jam a guy there then we began deh talk. My roommate was inside that same room listening to their church program so I thought our beans is safe.
I was surprised to come back home to see the beans still on gas burning! This guy was just sitting there infront of the gas speaking in tongues as he listened to his church program.. I never forgive that guy till we finish sch that year.

If you listening to church program and got your food burnt is bros jesus coming to give you another food ?

Una go just deh make person vex. Watin concern you with bar parlour for God sake.

Since you don't like to mind your space. I would like to advise you to carry your evangelism to a bet9ja shop next time.

So anyone inside the bar and drinking beer is a 'dirtiest unbeliever'. Well, what do I know. You are a saint already because you are sharing tract.

Beer palour the happiest place on earth, a place where people discuss, laugh and share cigarette and lighter without knowing each other before, a place where for that moment, world problem is forgotten, social status is ignored every man becomes one vibing to the tune of the DJ. A place where people barely lie, as everybody speaks from the heart and laugh with goodwill. I rather go to beer palour than church where every body pretends to be good, smiles are only on the lips, and everybody wants to outshine each other. I rather go to beer palour cos i know that all those that went to church in the morning, i will meet there in the evening, but this time in their true self, devoid of pretence, laughing and sharing jokes and lighter with me that they have never met before.
