Please I want to make another enquiry based on the courses I searched for and the Schools involved, since I was advised earlier to consider other courses.

I checked for Advanced Chemical Engineering and noticed University of Hull, Tesside University and University of Bradford offer same.

I have interest in University of Hull and Tesside University due to their fees. Hull is about 9000 pounds , Tesside is about 13,000 for one year ,though my course is for 16 months, am not sure if there would be extra cost for the 4 months additional. University of Bradford is also about 21,000 pounds but I read somewhere on this nairaland about the School offering 5000 pounds discount.

Please my question is

1.Any idea about which of these Schools would be better for this course and the locations . What's the environment like as regards closeness to major cities.

2. Who has benefitted from the 5000 pounds discount from University of Bradford. Is it offered automatically or there are terms and conditions attached.

3. Any other School that can be suggested for this course(Advanced Chemical Engineering.

Sheffield Hallam: waec/neco

Oxford Brookes: waec/neco with scratch card for verification.

Uni of Chester: waec/neco

Uni of Salford: waec/neco

Uni of Sunderland: English proficiency letter

Leeds Beckett: waec only

Uni of Brighton: IELTS or equivalent

Bournemouth university: English proficiency letter if you graduate within 2 years of making your application, IELTS or equivalent.

When I say equivalent, I mean toefl, Pearson test e.t.c and not our regular SSCE with at least C6 in English language

University of Hertfordshire is great and not too expensive

I thought so too only to find out we are about 6 Nigerians in my department. You have to understand that not everyone is on Nairaland. And yes, I'm at Staffordshire University.

Anyone going to GCU September entry? I defered till September 21 with acknowledgement of my deferment from the school but haven't been issued an offer letter about 2 months. When I contacted them, they said they're updating their admission cycle which affect their marketing/admission processes coupled with the busy jan entry schedules. Anyone with application there?
