Some people have conscience while others don't. Sometimes, I wonder how people sleep at night knowing that there is a debt or money to be paid in return for a service.

His business is booming and he maybe a person that sees debt as a huge burden. Hope you will consider this his kind gesture when things are no longer rosy with him.

Even those owing 2 years plus would manage to buy data and join in yabbing others.

Living in some houses could be a nightmare. No maintenance, no peace, landlord and extended family members will become monitoring spirits(Pic below)

Just dress well and step out or make landlord wife spot expensive things for your wife body, na I'm be say e don be... In these kind of houses, you want the tenants to happily pay as at when due even if they have the money

Nigerians don't reason fast. One model doesn't work everywhere. #THINK#

This is supposed to be the standard. But some Nigerians derive pleasure in owing, even when they have they wouldn't wanna pay. I have people owing me for 3 years and they've never for once said a word about it. The most annoying part they will now start avoiding your calls.

Most people are not credit worthy.
Even when you don't have once your creditor calls, pick the phone every time and tell them you don't have it yet. Also whenever you promise to pay at a particularl time, once it's gets to that point and you don't have the money yet communicate with the person.

We have a lot to learn in terms of ethics and normal behavior.

My rent is due on Monday but I paid my landlord since two weeks ago, reason being that I wasn't having the whole money compete, I only had about 80% of my rent ready, so I did that in order to buy more time from my landlord. These Lagos Landlords doesn't joke with their rents. No excuse whatsoever, because most of them don't have other means of livelihood than to leech their tenants.. My landlord was was very pleased and I was happy as well..

There are some individuals who don't like to own any person especially rent, the prefer to starve than to own or be in debt and luckily for you, your tenant turns out to be one of them...

What is special in that, I start calling my landlord 3month before my rent due. I call on phone, sent a text message, WhatsApp message, Facebook and Instagram message to remind him that I want to pay and even had some jars for him to buy beer
