Joysticks:
Manage it.

I usually go extra mile to get my job done and I was disappointed that despite putting in extra time to my work.

He still ignored it. Those that occupied same position said the same reasons for leaving.

If you quit your job, and start the search for another, it is still possible for you to meet another criminal employer again because they are more in number.

Stick with your current job, while you perfect plans to get another better one or start a venture that's going to pay your bills sufficiently.

However, what you are demanding for, or expecting, is it stated in your offer letter?

cool

As an Employer you should pay staffs 1/3 of profits after tax, you keep 1/3 of the profit and service the business with 1/3

In Nigeria employers just want to take all the profit, although Business environment isn't favourable but they still make good profit

Collect wetin dem pay you while looking for somewhere else. No go do pass yourself. If your boss pays you ₦100 do ₦100 work for him. But then again most organisation would use you more than they pay you...

It's advisable to quit your current job if you have hope for another job that's bigger than the one you are managing with, in case there isn't and you quit it, it's foolishness and bad idea.
but it is also not advisable to do the one that's frustrating.
Be patience!

Is it written anywhere in your employment clause that you will be given extra pay for additional work done?

if you have been there for for 3months and below, Quit.

But if not.. Keep pushing that job till you find another.

Stop going the extra mile, most times, do a job commiserate with the pay you are given.

Don't use your personal money for anything the man business needs
