wow impressive Messi kind of stats equal goal and assist contributions. When last did we have a striker who dropped such goal/assists numbers? Osimhen is really a gem.

PS. I'm not comparing Victor to Messi o! before anyone starts saying I was comparing this to that player.
It's strange how some people chose to undermine a striker that can provide assists..
Add to the fact that his work rate is great!

To be honest, should Olise and Ejaria be fully cleared before or by the June games, then expect to see them named to the squad as long as they are fit and available. That's two midfield players coming in. An AM and another CM (who can also play CAM) respectively.

But ofcos time will tell. The Defence is really stacked and it will be a battle among them to see who gets dropped for the Afcon. They have the rest of the WCQs to show their stuff.
Hopefully they get cleared soon.. We really need fresh legs in midfield.. Especially creative ones.

Exactly, Germany is just reputation. They have since slipped down in world rankings. Instead of sacking the dead battery Joachim Low, they're waiting for him to step down after Euro 2020. He will still deliver a disaster class there.
Don’t mind them

Na low go finish them finally

German born footballer and City's Lucas Nmecha ready switch to Nigeria.
Born in Hamburg to a German mother and a Nigerian father, but raised in England, Nmecha is eligible to play for Nigeria, Germany and England

Seriously,it's getting lame... We are stacking up defenders too much in the team.... It shouldn't be like that... Ndidi, Iwobi,Aribo and Etebo are the only regular midfielders we have had since the AFCON.. Pre AFCON,it was Ndidi,Etebo,Mikel and Ogu ..
to be honest we lack decent midfielders in top top leagues aside the ones you mentioned. I just pray ejaria gets cleared soonest so that him n olise will be more options in that position.

Also Rohr needs to bring in top rated Swedish based youngster alhassan Yusuf to the team atleast as an understudy to any of ndidi, aribo or etebo

I just pray that Nwakali rediscover his form to get back to reckoning

Its a thing of worry that for the past few years now we can't boast of top midfielders in Europe's best leagues aside etebo, ndidi and aribo

Offorbohr is another who can be drafted to the super eagles in no distant time

his younger brother Felix is with city's 2nd team while he is out on loan at anderlechts. A German u21 international, to be honest haven't heard any news of him ready to switch to Nigeria.

He is doing pretty well in Belgium with a move away permanently likely next season from city. I doubt we can get him easily from the Germans

His younger brother who is a CM seem more feasible to me

This game got me thinking, can we really say Germany is better than England, considering that Musiala chose Germany. Or is it that he felt he won't make the English squad
Germany will rise soon, they can't be bad for long

disagree about Iwobi. He worked hard but a lot of his threaded balls didn't come off. Not a great day at the office which can happen to anyone. Full marks to him too for always trying to make things happen.
I actually did not see him make much mistakes in the second half. Also he really made some key passes that were dangerous.

Iwobi put in some defensive shifts that were good in that second half. Judging from the second half, I was impressed with him.

I'm even wondering what kind of grass are we using for our pitches recently? Asaba,Benin city and Lagos pitch all look similar.. The grass look green but overgrown..not well trimmed....

Do you have any idea what specie of grass that is?
At all. But, our pitches need a thorough look in.

He is very average! Actually, I prefer Paul Mukairo to him! We really need Ejaria and Olise!

Asaba looked better than the others. The issue is that growing a premier league standard natural grass and maintaining it perfectly, is way too costly. I'm not sure the NFF can get that done. We ain't even using electronic ad boards yet at this stage.

cheesy cheesy

Why should the super eagles lost to north Macedonia

Well they have some good players most of you won’t know

Legendary Goran Pandev of Genoa

Elif elmas of Napoli

Enis bardhi of levante a free kick specialist ,he was joint best free kick taker in Laliga with Lionel Messi 2018 Laliga season score about 6 free kick

Alioski of Leeds United

Nestorovski of udinese

Super eagles will beat them, but you can also see that they have some very good players ,they aren’t the regular San Marino of this world ooo wey some of una expect Germany to win 13-0 grin

Obinna Nwobodo is a guy that I felt had done enough to make the team. He can literally do everything in the middle of the park from DMF to AMF.

Who made Etebo a top midfielder? That man is washed. Hug the ball, dribble and inshalla. No let that goal against Losotho deceive you, against a better opponent he will be exposed.
