Ever since a mother hen poked my leg ( as a little child) just because I was walking past it and it's chickens, I feared them.

I don't touch animals, i don't know if it is a phobia or what , i can't tell, not even a chick. I've been insulted severally cause of this, the day my mum sent me to the market to sell her turkey, i saw hell, it got to the point I had to ask people to put it in the bag for me, how can i overcome this phobia
