That's why you and people around you are suffering... Government money no be personal money, you must get a plan and approval to spend government money even if you be governor... This are all symptoms of corruption...you get malaria fever, loss of appetite etc.. and then it's up to you to get treatment for malaria or you die... Una see corruption and it's symptoms but una they praise and say god don bless una.... You are a symptom of corruption and poverty, lack of self respect, thiefry, kidnapping, armed robbery, killing others to steal their pot of soup, no good healthcare or clean water to drink, early death etc... This are all consequences of corruption.
