Good afternoon mamas. Please which antimalaria drug is safe in early pregnancy. I was about to take lonart but decided to do PT first and it's positive. Can I still take lonart please?

Long story, scan gave my edd as 5th April while FMC gave 6th
Today 6th we are actually 40 weeks and a day gone.
A private doctor has been preaching inducement and preferably elective CS,
Baby weighs about 3.8
STM, although my first baby was induced n delivered normal.

Thinking its way too early, how much more do you think I can still hold on before opting for inducement? Is it bad waiting till we clock 41weeks? Heard at this point, baby grows by the day, how true?

I was induced for both of my babies at 41weeks, the first weighed 3.8kg, 2nd 4kg. Vaginal delivery. I think 41weeks is ideal.

Thanks to all the mamas that advice I got to the hospital regarding my swollen feet. By God's grace all is well. Doc said there's no issue and that I should try to always elevate my feet. I'm at much peace now

I'm good mama, except that I usually feel extremely heavy and sometimes find it difficult to breathe well. My PVC was 30 last week, bought ugwu today, will be taking it with milk. I don't understand why tummy is so big o.

There are cravings and there are cravings o, I read about one woman who craves to smell 'farts', another craves to flush toilet (by hand, with bucket I mean) anytime anyone defecates in her household.
So, if u shit & flush by yourself, its a trouble with a capital T from her.

Do a malaria test first.
Pregnancy symptoms can show as malaria symptoms too.

My PCV has been 30℅ for two two months now. My doctor said it's okay

Don't self medicate. I went to register at 12 weeks and requested for anti malaria drug as I was having constant headache. my doctor said it's too early for the baby that I should come back when I am 18 weeks. Faansider was given at 18 weeks and he said it's considered the safest during pregnancy.
But please see your Doctor first

The doc obviously want cash, kept threatening the baby is growing by the day, that we should go home n prepare for CS incase... I expected atleast a membrane swap but no way

sorry o but you may most likely not fall into labor , due to your history he’s supposed to do a VE for you you may be 2cm dilated like I was
