I applied for a visitor’s visa since Jan 6, it took me exactly 3 months before I got email from them yesterday and collected it back today from ups, unfortunately for me it was denied due to Documents Lack Credibility... When can I reapply please and what are the things I need to do to avoid such mistakes next time I’m applying |

Yomistunner: 1. How did you accumulate the #4.5m 2. Are you the owner of the company or an employee?? 3. Did you submit your personal statement of account or your company's account. 4. Is the statement of account you submitted showing your monthly salary or not... 5. Did you submit payslips and reference letter from your bank to backup the statement of account 6. Is there any lump sum on the account which you didn't explain when applying.. Answer this then gurus here can advice ✌️ |

Yomistunner: They doubted the credibility of your documents. That means they see your documents as INAUTHENTIC (FAKE). Don’t use fake documents next time you apply. |

Hello everyone. I have a few questions and concerns about the study visa. 1. Are you allowed to work in South Africa with your study permit and for how many hours. 2. What are chances of getting a general work permit after studies or critical skills work visa after studies, do you have to return to home country and reapply or you can do this while in South Africa? 3. With reference to the attached document, in line with critical skills work permit/visa gazette it states here that postgraduate degree holders stand a change for applying for critical skills work permit after schooling in South Africa. Not sure if this is correct can someone provide context to this section of gazette. 4. Do I have to make part payment of my tuition fees before applying for my study visa or I can proceed with just the my offer/admission letter? 5 Cape Town Or Durban which would you prefer? - For people in South Africa. Let's keep the conversation going. It will end In praise for all of us. Cheers

baba4thegehs:Getting a job with a study permit is difficult in SA. But within the university you are studying, you can be given jobs as a tutor or marker or whatever. 2. Payment of tuition is not expected in full. You can always pay part. 3. Durban and Cape town are both good location. However, Cape town is more expensive than Durban. 4. After the completion of your study, you can always apply for critical skills visa without leaving SA. And from there to PR. This is the process I followed. 1 Like |

DrOA: Awesome thank you! Although I read somewhere that some study permit allows you work for 20 hours per week. Will research further. |

baba4thegehs: Yes, it allows you to work 20 hours a week but it's difficult to get job outside your university environment. So, it's only the university that can engage you. |
