I was going to mention exposed beam ceiling but the clay tiles finish on the ceiling gave a clue it’d be reinforced concrete.

Let’s assume your foundation is 75ft or 23m long. Putting each room at 15ft (4.5m) x 15ft (4.5m) and the store at 20ft x (6m)

You’ll only require 1,000 block for 1m high foundation.

Unless the land is on a steep slope, or maybe the rooms are twice bigger, you can never use up 1200 block on that small project.

Block is sold 230 - 250 in Ogun state which means the engineer gave you estimate for 2,000 blocks. That’s average of 400 - 500 blocks per room

It’s not possible! At least not in Ogun state.

Kindly request for a breakdown of the estimate.

Dont give him your money and anything from him should be taken with a grain of salt.


Check out the comment above from Naijapal. Who was acting as a mediator between Brabus and some other people. You can see how he was using that handle (Naijapal) to repair his virtual image. By so doing, his next victims get confuse with all the accusations from past clients and the the praises coming from his other usernames. I hope you all got the drift.

In short Brabus is Naijapal. This is one of his numerous Monikers that he uses on Nairaland.

For the sake of other people on this thread, I will be taking a backseat for now so we all can continue learning while I wait for Brabus to make me Popular

Since then, you never showed up with proof or link to the issues you had with him, even though evidence showed that you were online daily thereafter.

It could be that you have no case but emotive bias; the same way you are falsely alleging every poster linked to KoboCity to be brabus. A poor job delivery doesn't necessarily means you were defrauded.

While not holding brief for brabus, anything could have caused a floaded or sinking house. From poor job, to lack of knowledge of the terrain. Tell us exactly what happen. Pictures alone is not enough. Architectural drawing determines height of foundation. So if an architect for instance did a poor job of not finding out the level of possible flooding kevel in an area, the end result can be what you have overtime. There's an abandoned storey building in my village due to this reason. When I travel home, I'll post the pictures here too.
Your picture alone does not tell the picture. Tell us what happened. Some of us that are rational woukd side you if you give us a compelling story.
