This morning, I just feel like appreciating our wonderful hubbies. Our support system at this very critical stage of our lives. These precious ones God has been using mightily to help make things easy for us. God will bless you immensely for all that you do.


Thank you for being there. Thank you for your understanding even though you can’t exactly tell how e dey do us. Thank you for your prayers. Thank you for doing those chores. Thank you for providing for us. Thank you for your love.

This morning, I feel strongly to pray for every expectant dad that has been strong pillars, supporting their women.

I pray that God will bless you immensely.

You will find favour in all that you do.

You will perpetually be the head of the family and God will bestow upon you everything necessary to take care of your family; from diapers to school fees.

As many daddies, who go out to ensure that their family is in order, I pray that God Almighty will order your footsteps, you will go out and come back safely.

For every one of you bothered about hospital bills or taking care of babies needs, God will open way for you; pressed down, shaken together, running over will be your portion.

God’s grace will follow you around.

You will live to see your children grow.

Your kids will not call another man daddy.

God will keep you long enough, along with your amazing wives to see your great great grandchildren.

You will not lose your wife. You will not lose your children.

You cannot be giving an infant 123 peak please. Stop with IMMEDIATE EFFECT and get formula (anyone with stage 1 written on it if your baby is less than 6 months or one with stage 2 written on it). Please go to the new born thread and ask questions on how to feed your infant.

pls am very sorry for posting this here but I need the help of u mothers in the house,my baby was on breast milk till 5 month and I think that breast milk his not enough for her again so a friend said we should buy her nutriborm banana and apple and we should be adding 123 peak milk with it and my baby has been taking it and pap and 123 peak milk everyday for going to a month now but anytime she want to pop she will start crying and ones the poo drop she will stop crying so her poo his now strong like adult and this evening I carry my baby,she suppose to be adding weight but instead she's loosing weight even when she's on only breast milk self she add weight very well so pls wat are the best food for her to be eating to make her gain weight pls help me we are a firstimer pls or wat are we doing here that we need to stop pls enlighten us and God bless

My October mummies, Happy new week! Welcome to the second trimester. We are progressing and doing well. Thank God MS is gradually leaving us. Some mummies bump are already showing, biko, rock it with pride . Pls, let's continue with our daily drugs as it's very important.

Same here, been using molfix and it has never leaked. My baby is 4months plus now. I was gifted huggies, the one in red pack and I almost threw it away. Even huggies wipes self, it's like tissue soaked in water

Not only you o. Me that I will b 37 weeks tomorrow, I saW the misoprostol used to induce me for my first child, one evil mind was telling me to use one and Induce myself . I quickly discarded the thoughts. I'm so tired

Shopping is done but bag not yet packed. I will be 37 weeks tomorrow and I've travelled to abeokuta yesterday to deliver there. I'm just tired already. Thank you for checking up on us. Still contemplating on hospital to use here because Im seriously rooting for hospital that will Inject me before stitching if at all I have tear. I'm so scared of that thing.

Hi Cappo, my EDD is 28 October 2021


Appetite is huge, but my taste bud is very selective, which limits my choice of food.

I want to eat, stomach is open to eat but nothing dey hungry me. Amala no, rice and stew no, yam and egg no, spaghetti no! I tire o. Shey Na akara and pap person go dey chop every day.

I took rice yesterday with malt and I ate quite a lot. I hope it’s safe to take malt at this stage.

Also, I’ve been taking pregnacare max, I hope it’s not too early?

Experienced mamas, kindly assist.

I used Sacred heart lantoro before moved to Lagos. I heard Oba Ademola is good too.
The fear of tear is the beginning of wisdom

Well done Cappo. Honestly I don't understand my body today. My tummy is feeling so heavy that am waddling. It feels like Ballon that has stretched and finding it difficult to stretch more, like ballon wey wan burst. I don't know if this is normal cos am a First Time Mom. I'm not constipated or bloated (no Gas) so I don't even know.

May God keep me and my Babies safe. May he keep all Preggies healthy and safe. We shall all carry to term and carry our Babies healthy in our arms, Amen.

Had a repeat of this yesterday and it was more intense and frightening. Went to the hospital today and it turns out to be contractions and irritation from Fibroids. I was given some medication and sent home to rest well for the rest of the day.

My Babies are fine and kicking.
