As a betting agent, the No 1 rule is to never play games on credit for people...

You must be mean when people lose and mean on forcefully taking a certain percentage on peoples winning,

Wake up those guys around here are making a hell of money as betting agent... Raking in like #10k home everyday whether people win or loss

You cannot be a strict business person when you are staking game for people on credit.

Just continue with it and let the debt continues increasing.

Lol...this one na softie.. I work as a cashier here, and I no dey smile with customers, as you play naso you dey pay. I no dey hear "sorry bro, lemme go and get your money". When I started at first, I was like you, until them use my salary de cancel debt owed by customers, omo nobody tell me to wise up now. Customers know when you're soft, hence they'll play you, but just change it for one customer one day and see how the rest will start behaving.. Wise up bro.

This Op is not well. Who bets on credit? Who allows people bet on credit? oohh because it's not your personal business abi? Your boss should not only deduct your salary but instead he should stop paying you since you don't know how to manage a business. See the nonsense things you collect as collateral and you're not ashamed to say it, Na wa!

After my resignation from my former job where I served as a manager in a very small private firm, rather than being idle while waiting for NYSC,I stated working in a bet9ja outlet owned by my cousin's husband.
Its a month working there but I lost close to 20k due to debts from customers,
1) Gamblers are greedy that why will continue stacking with empty pockets hoping to win to at their debts

2) They stack so high, like 1.5k for 3tickets once , they won't be able to pay if the game isn't won

3) The shop is located near a university, some will drop their school files, textbook and other valuables as collateral and will never return for it

4) Most of them do fake transfer
At end of everything, I use my personal money to make up these, my savings is zero now.
Am scared of being idle at home, at same time I loose money daily

No doubt, there's side money and tips aside salary but you will end up using the money to pay for debts
To solve d fake transfer issue, get opay app and tell them to send the money to ur opay acct number (which is the number u used to register for opay) if they truly paid ud see d alert immediately, opay doesn't waste time for transactions. Less than a minute u get ur alert

Don't take credits anymore, credits kills business. Pay cash and play. It's simple as abc

Look for another job bro.... Betting job will drain you financially and mentally as you would be depending on tips for a customer who won.

You can't save anything from this kind of job neither can you gain any experience.... It will only turn you to an addict no matter how discipline you are.
Shut up. You know nothing.

,
1) Gamblers are greedy that why will continue stacking with empty pockets hoping to win to at their debts

PAY BEFORE BETTING. DONT LISTEN TO ANY ABEG. DONT BE AFRAID TO BE CALLED WICKED.

2) They stack so high, like 1.5k for 3tickets once , they won't be able to pay if the game isn't won

SAME AS ABOVE

3) The shop is located near a university, some will drop their school files, TEXTBOOK and other valuables as collateral and will never return for it

STOP COLLECTING COLLATERAL. THE ONLY COLLATERAL YOU NEED IS MONEY

4) Most of them do fake transfer
At end of everything, I use my personal money to make up these, my savings is zero now.

CONFIRM ALL ALERTS FROM YOUR BOSS BEFORE ANY CUSTOMER LEAVES. IF HE IS NOT AROUND, FLASH HIM. HE SHOULD CALL TO CONFIRM EVEN N50.

You can own this game. Just keep strictly to the rules and you won't lose a dime. There is no easy job out there.

Re: Should I Continue With My Current Job? by valentineuwakwe(m): 6:00pm On Apr 12, 2021
you should play by the rules....how would allow a customer playing virtual bet to keep staking without paying you once, twice, thrice etc, yet losing n you are still playing?
you should be blame too cos the owner might hv said no credit. so learn to limit them n stand on your grounds, customers no go kill you if you say pay before I play or give u your betslip.

those criticising you about working there n betting as bad should also know you caused your own misfortunes. gambling us part of life n i hv been dojng it since 2011 n never been bankrupt or addicted. ...you get responsibly n see it as fun simple!

Match fixers are bastards, like one Nedu Mark that posts with different accounts. You win 2 with them then lose 10. Then they keep giving you fake games to make up but you lose more. Gambling is a savings wrecker, avoid it. I learned the hardway nwannem

No such rules here
Their eyes always clear when they don play finish
Some will want to fight you if you take mouse away from them
You don't allow them to hold mouse, you book for them.
You don't have clear rules, that's why.

I logged in to tell you this.

YOU ARE NOT A GOOD BUSINESS MANAGER! If your boss leaves you, you'll run down his business due to empathy.

Are you not wise?

Fake alert and you play their games without receiving alert?

If you continue like this, you won't make it, even if na cbn you dey work. Everyone will be pushing you over.

you dey allow people bet on credit... Lol..

I guess it's true what they say ..

When a dumb person is kept in charge of a shop, criminals rejoice...

Never judge a man until you've walked twice in his shoes. The betting atmosphere is a jungle. Very few cashiers escape this experience.

Why do you have to allow them play on credit

Make it a policy that no bank transfer but cash or get a POS for easy transfer and transaction
