Dont you get that there must be pen on paper to register a company?
Since she claimed not to have put pen to paper comming in as a director and leaving, who signed? Was her signature forged?
Even if she gave verbal consent who signed her signature presented at the CAC?

Sorry, in law, there's nothing like "verbal consent". The EFCC will demand CTC form, where madam Oby signed her signature, passport photograph and her identity card, possibly a copy of her international passport.

If it's proven that the guy did forge these documents, you too should be sorry.
