close to bookstore
close to restaurant
close to where they sell street food...bole, fried pork, fried potatoes, mishai...

Check for availability of gas pipelines
Check for cooking gas retailers in the neighborhood
Investigate drainage channels etc.

Any other factor is inconsequential esp power supply because na scam!
