He did same in Imo State only that there is grand conspiracy against him. The Police headquarters he built is the best in the entire country but it has been left to rot while the old outdated Police headquarters has remained in use. The Prison he built is one of the best if not presently the best in Nigeria. The High Court he built also remains the best in Nigeria today.
