As far as me and some sensible Nigerians are concerned, Osinbajo remains the best and the most active VP. Based on the 1999 Constitution, there is little he can do.

What if he gave his own opinion and the president decides to discard it? Try and read up the Constitution before you come online to show how illiterate you are.

The States are Ogun, Oyo, Imo, Cross River, Kano, Kaduna, Kwara. All the other States in the country would be added later as the scheme progresses.
