Was it shell’s money that built the Warri & Port Harcourt Refineries? Please answer the question where did Nigeria get the money to build those refineries? Or you think commerce started in Nigeria with the emergence of crude oil? Once upon a time before crude oil, coal was the biggest fossil fuel product in the world. Coal is what industrialized the Western World as you see it today.
