Nice idea but I'm still an apprentice and I don't even have my own sewing machine at home.

Machine is one of my problems for now(i have being rejecting works cus of machine)

Wetin concern showing your products on mannequin with you producing the jobs at your Oga's shop using his machine. Just put the cloth on the mannequin and snap. Mannequin are all those doll babies that tailors use to show how fitted and fine the cloths are

Lol I know bro.
My boss wont allow that,he see's it as a waste of time(from the apprentice).

Some customers are really troublesome,the owner of this cloth requested that we should remove the black design and use blue instead,we told him that blue wouldn't fit but he was adamant,well we later added the blue and removed the black and when he came back he was regretting cus the blue didn't match at all..
Later he asked that we should put the black back my boss refused and Baba went and called police oo,the cut the long story short,the customer got rearrested after the d.p.o found him to be the one that was wrong.

hahahahahahaha, some customers have big issues.......like whaaaaaat

I salute your persistence....I started too during the lock down last year, but I hate the traditional way they learn , you stand and watch till your legs begin to pain you, Una dey try o, I prefer a fashion school.....anyway, I ran away, how can I be sewing trousers for how many months, kilode, then I bought a machine, and went to YouTube, I learnt tops from YouTube , I have made tops for my brothers , friends , nephews, etc all from YouTube videos, , it all came out very well, like , I was wowed!!!!!!!! but I won't stop there, still finding beta person wey go teach me other stuffs too, I no dey dull my life, with further trainings , I will do very very well!!!! I would love to sew suits, blazers, monkey jackets and be very good in this field, I love fashion, and thats all that matters....ooooops, kudos to you

You are doing well bro... I can see you are a fast learner and pls accept criticism, it helps us improve.

I learnt same trade 2 years ago and seriously I been having issues with tops, why? because my boss don't allow us (the apprentice) to sew customers top, and I can't afford a machine for now to practice on my own

But am perfect in trousers(any type of trousers and short), like very perfect...

I wonder why most 'oga's' are like that,we have two apprentice with same story like yours.
Like how can someone spend 2½ years learning how to sew trouser?(the agreement is three years)

hahahahahahaha,, as in, I can relate, but I feel you didn't meet the right person, there are some that are willing to really teach you these stuffs, I guess they are rare........don't give up if you have the passion, okay
