IP can be traced from the DM sent because it lands on the email. But on a public forum like this, you can only get an IP if you have access to Nairaland's cpanel. Perhaps if you are a strong hacker. Also IP addresses change regularly by the ISP so relying on one ipaddress to trace someone might prove abortive or lead to the wrong person. I personally use opera VPN so tracing me might lead you to somewhere in California.
