1. After submitting to the USCIS, How long does it takes to get the Next NOA2 ?? Cos my case was received by USCIS Oct 19th 2020, which has make it Over 5months now.

2. What do I & My petitioner needs to start putting in place ahead of the NOA2 In terms of Documents & Finance?

3-. Like how long does it take for the whole process to be completed after the NOA2 Has arrived and Approved since it’s going to get to the NVC ?

4- After that generally how long is the time between NOA2 and NVC and then INTERVIEW?

Any assurance that if things goes smoothly by the special Grace of God, Can Checking out of this country be ascertain this Year ??

Our case was received November 2nd last year, processing center is Califonia which may take 5-7 months so we're in the same timeline unless the centre processing yours is different. K1 fiance have had some success stories lately. We hope for the best

No visa on arrival for US citizens. She has to apply for a tourist visa at the Nigerian embassy in the US.

It’s Possible to get her a visa on arrival, cos I could remember In Nov 2019 when my fiancée came into Nigeria (From America �� to be precised) to visit me she came in through Visa On Arrival. But the Immigration officer who did that for me never wanted to do it cos of how boys do treat foreigners bad by exploiting them and carting away their properties and making them stranded when they get here... But a hood Immigration officer will do it for you base on trust.

To be on a safe side. I would suggest she gets the visa at the nigeria embassy in the US.

Thanks. I was asking how i can get back records of our FaceTime call history as far back as more than a year ago.. we mainly talk via FaceTime for hours everyday so i felt it would be good to get those records on the application.

do you still have or use the same device? you can do screen shots and print, I did screenshots of my whatsapp calls and chats with my fiancée, for my process its going pretty cool, did my medicals three days ago and will be having my interview next month, I'll definitely share my interview transcript here . a friend of mine in this forum is having his interview tomorrow , he will share his transcript here too, thank you so much for asking

Please house, we just submitted our i129F form two weeks ago; and we are waiting and being optimistic about the whole process.

I want to inquire precisely the documents the benificary - myself - will need to gather after filling the DS-160 form? Especially the documents I will need from the petitioner (fiancée), in preparation for the interview. Thank you!

Can anyone please share if they receive an update from NVC lately? My fiancée petition was approved in April 2020 by USCIS, and it has been at NVC since then, I don’t know if anyone had their case moved forward since then.

I had my interview on Wednesday ( was postponed from last year). So after submitting my documents I sat and waited for my number to be called.
Vo- who filled for u? I answered
Vo- and who is she to you?
Vo- when was the first time you met in person?
Vo- so how did it go? ( she was looking for a story and I gave her one)
Vo- have you met her parents?
Vo- when did you engage her?
Vo- what does she do?
Vo- do you have any plans to work when you get there and what job do you have in mind?
Vo- I think all looks good here (after looking though the documents I submitted earlier) I will approve your visa, make sure you go through those pamphlets. Congratulations you will be contacted when your visa is ready.
