Nairaland trends on Twitter regularly. A lot of “elites” are here, some had accounts in the past, but they don’t comment anymore. Someone once reached out to me from the forum and when he mentioned his surname, it rang a loud bell. I tried to ignore it, but I couldn’t. I got my first dollar project on this forum, far back in 2016, from a guy in the US. This was at the peak of the Igbo vs Yoruba war on nairaland. The guy was a bitter rival, and from the south west. turns out Baba na big boy, with several companies in the US. Omo, I doballe sharpaly. Most of my helpers (financially) in life, I met on Nairaland. I got my major jobs on Nairaland. I got my enormous hair/wigging business gig on Nairaland.
