i don’t think that’s a problem, there is well planned way of supplying water to residents in Enugu.

Just in case you don’t know, there also lack of potable water in Lekki and Ibadan, you can’t even do anything with their water. However it hasn’t halt development there.
Even Ikeja. We pay Mai Ruwa 700 for a truck of water.

sorry sir, I got it from the Enugu centenary official website. Maybe it looks like something you know in Arepo

Whoever put it on that Enugu centenary website is misleading people like you. Google CitiView Estate, Arepo, Ogun state. The picture was lifted online to misrepresent Enugu.

Enugu doesn't have water. It is a big problem in that town. Unless you have money to be buying from water tankers every 3 days. Besides, with the coming of the Chief Willie Obiano International Airport Umueri in Anambra state and that of Abakaliki airport in Ebonyi state, the lure of people wanting to live in Enugu because of closeness to Airport will diminish.

3. You won’t get much of the hassle of a typical Nigerian city in Enugu. Roads are well connected with little or no traffic. City is relatively organized, you can access any part of Nigeria with ease.
No overly noisy and Congested bus stops, you drive your car less on bad roads hence won’t spend much on fixing car legs.

Most places are still sane and life is Jeje. You get access to the best foods, clubs and bars.

These are bars and clubs in Enugu. Who wouldn’t want to come stay in such a heaven?

Can you tell us the economic opportunities in Enugu city?

Where do they source their wooden planks from? Do they have large poultry farms there?

Enugu is dope bro “by Nigerian” standard. The best quality of life after Abuja aswear.

Lagos wahala is too much, even with you money you can’t live a quality life.

This is very true. After Abuja comes Enugu, in terms of the serenity of the environment and basic liveability. The lush greenery and cool vibe of the Enugu city is so heart-warming to an Abuja boy like me.

Dope city it is. Nothing compares to it in the entire South. Maybe Uyo to some extent, but still..

1. Enugu has one of the best infrastructure by Nigerian standard. The environment is serene, cool to train kids and with all sort of infrastructure you can get in any other Nigerian city.
Multiple malls, good schools, cinemas, top notch hotels, international airport, recreational centers, spas, well tarred roads, good hospitals and good housing system.

Enugu offers the best standard of life, even better than Lagos and port harcourt on per capita basis.

Enugu and Owerri are two beautiful Igbo cities that impress me the most. The rate of property development in them has been massive in the last 10 years.

What of your igbo brothers that are already talking shit about Osun, ibadan and Lagos on this thread? I wander why you people can't just do your thing without including the South West.

Smart people are investing in Enugu real estate.

This is the Enugu centenary city emerging. You will not regret any dime you invest here as Enugu has the purchasing power to buy whatever you set up.
The first pic, where in Enugu is it? Cause it looks like somewhere in Ogun state
