How sure is this information

Some persons went earlier last week for interview, lecturer 1 and the likes. Apart from that I haven't heard any other news.

FUHSO NEWS NUC asks JAMB to start admitting students into University of Health Sciences Otukpo

The National Universities Commission has asked the Joint Admissions and Matriculation Board, JAMB, to commence admissions to the Federal University of Health Sciences.



This was made known by Arc. Sunny Echono, Permanent Secretary, Federal ministry of education during a courtesy call on Gov Samuel Ortom over the weekend.

Are they taking direct entry into 200 level medicine?

Concerning the issue of using statement of result for verification, the information from FUHSO says that there is no decision on rejecting statement of result for the verification process. However, the invitation stated that candidates should come with original certificates for sighting.
From my experience when I went for the interview, my B.Sc & M.Sc. certificates were original certificates while Ph.D. was Statement of result. They did not raise any issues with the statement of result. It could also be because the other certificates were original or maybe an oversight on their part.
Again, I did not also hear anyone complain of statement of result being rejected either.
My candid advice is thus: endeavor to get the original certificates but where you can't get it, go with what you have and if you are asked the reason you didn't bring the original certificates as requested, you kindly state your challenge to them. They are humans and should understand.
In summary, do your best and trust in God.

Lecturer 1 wrote cbt, only senior lecturers, readers and professors are exempted from cbt.

I did take the CBT. Was also sent a link to activate my account some weeks back.
