This is outright rubbish. Is this how bad things have degenerated in Nigeria? What happens to freedom of speech and the press? I listened to that interview with channels TV asking important questions to IPOB. How has that got to giving them a fine for doing what they are meant to do? Terrorist organisations always take responsiblities for their actions . IPOB refuted the claims of being terrorist in the interview and also did not claim responsibility of burning Imo governor's house. Any reasonable person would want to hear from both parties because our government have been lying to us. The country has fallen to dictators.

Why would channel TV make such mistake when they know they are only allowed to interview Miyetti Allah people that make threats?

The thing is this. TV stations are only allowed to interview those endorsed by the government no matter how terrible they are. So if tomorrow the so called 'bandits' allign with the federal government of nigeria, channels and other TV stations would be free to grant them access to their stations. It does not matter if they still go about killing students and other innocent civilians or even military personel.
