I tried selling a gift card today through a referral. I sent $150 to him and he's been going back and forth. I created this topic to ask how I can track him down using just his phone numbers. Unconventional means are also welcomed

Does it need to hit the front page? This is the crime section nawww. I thought professionals are here or at least people with experience tracking down a phone number without involving the police because I want to teach the guy a lesson, personally.
